1. Promotion Overview
   1.1. The Vegastars $100K Giveaway ("Promotion") runs from Monday, 17th March 2025, at 00:01 CEST to Thursday, 17th April 2025, at 23:59 CEST ("Promotion Period").
   1.2. A total prize pool of $100,000 AUD is available, with 10 winners each receiving $10,000 AUD.
   1.3. The prize money will be credited directly to the winners' Vegastars Casino accounts as cash funds.
   
   
2. Eligibility
   2.1. The Promotion is open to all registered Vegastars players aged 18 years or older (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction).
   2.2. The Promotion is only available to players residing in Australia and New Zealand.
   2.3. Players must have a verified and active Vegastars Casino account to participate.
   2.4. Only accounts in good standing (not self-excluded, suspended, or restricted) are eligible to participate.
   
   
3. How to Enter
   3.1. To enter, players must make a minimum deposit of $20 AUD during the Promotion Period.
   3.2. Each deposit of $20 AUD qualifies as one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit on the number of entries per player.
   3.3. Deposits made using bonus funds or free spins do not qualify for entry.
   
   
4. Prize Draw & Winner Selection
   4.1. The random prize draw will take place on Friday, 18th April 2025.
   4.2. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   4.3. Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS within 72 hours of the draw.
   4.4. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will take place.
   
   
5. Prize Conditions
   5.1. The $10,000 AUD prize will be credited as cash and is not subject to any wagering requirements.
   5.2. Players may withdraw the winnings in accordance with Vegastars' standard withdrawal policies.
   5.3. Vegastars reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any prize.
   5.4. All prize amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If a player deposits in a different currency, the exchange rate at the time of deposit will apply, and any withdrawals will be subject to standard currency conversion fees.
   
   
6. General Terms
   6.1. Vegastars reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
   6.2. Any fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification.
